- Training – we can provide seminars and training sessions for personnel and other managers on new law and practical guidance.
- Proactive advice (if consulted early enough) on how to dismiss fairly including the strategy and the appropriate documentation.
- Advice on termination packages and the strategy for and the drafting of Compromise Agreements
- Redundancy/Restructuring/Business Reorganisation – this is a complex area and we have experience of Implementing a variety of significant schemes.
- Employment Tribunals – if you do receive an employment tribunal claim we will deal with the entire process, from drafting the Response to representing you at the Tribunal itself.
- Transactional employment issues – we have considerable experience of advising on TUPE transfers and the various issues which arise on share sales and purchases.
- Competition – we advise on restrictive covenants and confidentiality and deal with the court claims which sometimes arise
