We have considerable experience of a wide variety of commercial transactions including the following:
Business and Company Sales – we deal regularly with these transactions. We bring a practical approach as well as having the technical skills and our main focus is in protecting the sale price for sellers.
Business and Company Purchases (including management led acquisitions) – we handle a number of these transactions each year. Our aim is to combine legal skills with a pragmatic approach concentrating on the overall commercial objectives of the client.
In all these transactions we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality, partner led service at reasonable cost.
Teams are fashionable and expensive, our philosophy is to restrict the number of lawyers involved in a transaction to a minimum so there is one point of contact to avoid confusion, provide continuity, improve communication and produce a better and more cost effective result.
Commercial
We work with – and for – a broad range of companies and partnerships in many industry sectors, including motor dealerships, computer software, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, property and manufacturing. We pride ourselves on developing close, personal and long term relationships with our clients. All businesses need commercial agreements which are often fundamental to their success; our focus is in identifying the issues and your essential interests and then create clear agreements which protect them fully.
