Commercial disputes when they arise can be distracting damaging and expensive. We have considerable experience of dealing with them. . Our philosophy is to try to achieve an advantageous, timely and cost effective resolution; if instructed early enough we will advise on mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution aimed at this result.
We provide an estimate of costs and an estimated timescale for the resolution of disputes at the outset.
