Malcolm Fitzgerald – Partner
A specialist litigator with over 20 years’ experience, Malcolm is a Partner at Coole & Haddock and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. He became a Partner on 1 April 2009.
He joined the firm in 1996 from City firm Nabarro’s, where he qualified and practised for the previous seven years. Malcolm practises all areas of personal injury, dispute resolution and employment, and can help clients finance their actions with no win no fee agreements.
A member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Malcolm has recently appeared in the Court of Appeal on two occasions and both cases led to a binding precedent in relation to certain aspects of TUPE.
Married with two children, Malcolm’s outside interests include cricket, golf, skiing, films and music.
